Melanie graduated with a B.S. in Journalism from Liberty University. After spending the first several years of her daughter Sasha’s childhood at home with her, she acquired her teaching certification at UNCW. Melanie enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, working out, and taking long walks on the beach. She finds deep fulfillment in teaching her middle school students and developing rich relationships with them and their families.
