Anne Jenkins

Ann is a graduate of Campbell University and has a BS in Elementary Education and a Masters in Reading. She earned her National Board Certification in 2000 and Orton Gillingham (OG)training in 2008. Ann has taught K-5th grade in the public schools and has been an OG tutor in the private sector for 14 years. She joined MGCS in 2018 with the tutoring program and is excited to embark on a new adventure with the Timothy Center this year.

Ann and her husband Robert have 2 sons. They are active members of Trinity United Methodist Church where they serve in the food ministry, homeless ministry, Sunday School and Meals on Wheels. In her free time, Anne loves to read, go to the movies and pool, play at the beach with her dog and husband, and help him with his porch swing bed business. Ann is blessed to be a part of MGCS where she can share her gifts of the love of reading and learning with children and sharing the word of Jesus.
